- ** Small commercial or built- in dishwasher ** can wait for full kitchen reno

- Enough lino to do downstairs bathroom
- Ambient fluorescent lighting for counter in kitchen (2 or 3 separate ones)
- 1 garden hose
- long extension ladder
- standard size step ladder
- digital projector
- 4 25' sheilded 1/4" jacks for the speakers
- new speakers
